We ship nationwide: courier to your door, to pickup points and by post. Payment — online, by invoice for businesses and on delivery.
Delivery options
Courier delivery
In London — 1–2 working days, across the UK — 2–5 working days. The courier brings the order to your door and hands it over personally.
Pickup points
More than 10,000 pickup points and lockers across the country. Delivery — 2–7 working days depending on the region. You will receive an SMS and an email.
Royal Mail
For remote areas — delivery by registered post. From 5 working days. The tracking number arrives as soon as the order is handed over.
Timing and cost
Free delivery
On orders over £90 — courier delivery across the UK for free. Below £90 — from £5 depending on the region and method.
Pickup points
Free on orders over £70, otherwise £4. Lockers — £3.
Typical timing
London — 1–2 days; big cities — 2–3 days; the rest of the country — 3–7 days.
Payment
Card online
Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay via a secure gateway. Funds are taken after the order is confirmed.
On delivery
Pay by card or QR code to the courier or at the pickup point. Cash — courier only in London.
For businesses
We work by bank transfer: we send an invoice by email, shipment after payment is received.
