Quality control
Every pair of NOSOX goes through seven stages of control — from yarn selection to the final packaging check. Here is how it works.
Seven stages of control
1. Yarn
We select suppliers and yarn batches: composition, twist, evenness. A defective batch never reaches knitting.
2. Incoming control
We check every batch before knitting: density, colour, behaviour after washing.
3. Knitting
We monitor tension and pattern: the design must be even across the whole pair.
4. Density and size
Measurements on forms: size deviations do not pass further.
5. Seams and overlock
We check the toe and heel: nothing should chafe or unravel.
6. Pair inspection
Manual examination: fit, symmetry, minor defects under magnification.
7. Packaging
Labelling, protective pouch and a final selection before shipment.
What else we check
Colour fastness
Every new batch passes a wash test: the colour must not fade after five cycles.
Fit
Pairs are tried on foot forms of different sizes — we check that the elastic does not press and the sock does not slip.
Labelling
We verify the composition on the label against the actual one: the label must be honest.
Two-year warranty
What it means
If within two years a seam comes undone, a hole appears without mechanical damage or the colour fades — we will replace the pair.
How to claim
Write to info@nosox-russia.ru with a photo of the defect and the order number.
Without unnecessary questions
Reputation matters more to us than one pair: we do not ask unnecessary questions once the defect is confirmed by a photo.
