Returns and exchanges
If a pair does not fit or you simply changed your mind — return or exchange it within 30 days. We give a two-year warranty on quality.
Return conditions
30 days
From the moment you receive the order you have 30 days to return the pair or exchange it for another size.
Condition
The socks must not be worn: factory packaging, tags and the card in place.
Exceptions
We do not accept opened hygiene packaging with a broken protective film — this is a legal requirement.
How to return
Step 1
Write to info@nosox-russia.ru and state the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Step 2
Attach a photo of the packaging if you want to show its condition. We reply within one business day.
Step 3
Send the pair back by any convenient service — we cover the postage for returns caused by a defect or by our mistake.
Size exchange
Easier than it seems
State the needed size in your message — we reserve the right pair and ship it as soon as we receive the returned one.
Exchange timing
Usually 3–5 business days after we receive the return.
Free of charge
Size exchange within the UK — no extra delivery charge on orders over £90.
Two-year warranty
What it covers
A torn seam, a hole without mechanical damage, faded colour — we will replace the pair without questions.
What it does not cover
Natural wear, cuts, signs of aggressive chemicals and socks washed at high temperatures.
How to claim
Write to info@nosox-russia.ru with a photo of the defect and the order number. We reply within one business day.
